Urology.
Trainees are appointed by competitive interview at ST3 level to complete 5 years of training to receive a CCT as a Consultant Urologist and to deliver core Urology services with a subspecialty interest. Post CCT training in a sub-speciality or Urology in General will allow recognition of the individual as a Consultant Urological Surgeon who will be able to deliver more complex and sub-speciality care.
Trainees start or rotate on the first Wednesday of October. Some trainees may rotate on the first Wednesday of April.

We have a single programme, but two geographically distinct rotations at the moment. Candidates can express a preference, and in response to training needs, trainees can move throughout the region.
